Yes, a deposit equivalent to five weeks’ rent is payable in advance which will be held in a Government approved deposit scheme, Safe Deposits Scotland.
All rents are payable by bank standing order from your bank account on the first day of each calendar month thus ensuring a payment in advance for each month.
All maintenance issues should be reported through the estate office on 01576 510 203 or emailed to clerkofworks@castlemilk.net. The estate office is open 08.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday.
